Our refund and returns policy
If you are unhappy with any item in your order, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt and provide the following information:
- Your details used to make the order;
- Your order number;
- The issues you have with your order and which specific items are affected;
- Confirmation of whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Please do not return any items without first emailing us with the requested details above.
For any of our personalised products or commissioned bespoke portraits, we will only provide a refund if the item(s) has arrived faulty. We cannot offer a refund or exchange on personalised goods or commissioned bespoke portraits if you have changed your mind or purchased the wrong size.
All item(s) being returned must be in their original packaging and unused. The cost of returning the item to us is your (the customer’s) responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
